Juggling can be done anywhere and on any surface.the driveway, your yard, at a playground or while warming up for your soccer game! The only equipment you need is your soccer ball. Also, try to use both feet and different body parts. Try to remember to stay calm and relaxed when juggling and keep the ball close to you. Two rules: no hands and no bounces on the ground! It’s that simple! (More experienced jugglers should start with the ball on the ground and use their feet to lift it up). Try this until you feel comfortable and then start trying to beat your score. Attempt to keep the ball up for 2 or 3 times before catching it again. ![]() How do I start? Hold the ball out in front of you, take a deep breath to relax, and then drop the ball down to the laces on your shoes. It is a simple but powerful way of improving your soccer skills and, most importantly, it is FUN! What is Juggling?
